Artist Rachael Jablo opened the Endometriosis (R)Evolution: Making the Invisible Visible conference with her exhibition The Hysteria Project. She held a talk which doubled as the keynote lecture for the conference. In her deeply personal and beautifully delivered lecture, Rachael Jablo shared her own story as a chronic illness sufferer and detailed how her physical limitations shaped her work. Discussing art, patient narratives, and narrative medicine, Jablo offered the audience an insight into the power of storytelling and how it can re-shape the world we live in.
