"The good life and medicine: a reflection from a medical perspective"

Elisabeth Medicus is a general practitioner specialising in palliative medicine. She has worked in specialised palliative care for 20 years, established palliative care structures in Tyrol, and teaches palliative medicine at the Medical University of Innsbruck and in postgraduate courses. Interests: Ethical issues, justice in healthcare, the mission and goal of medicine, communication as a tool in care, end-of-life care.

 

(This lecture will be held in German.)
