Since March 2024, CIRAC is hosting Mariana Cruz for three months in which she is working towards her dissertation project. Mariana‘s choice to conduct research at the University of Graz is no coincidence. With CIRAC director Ulla Kriebernegg, she has the opportunity to work with one of the leading experts in Mariana‘s research area on literary representations of care homes, and at the same time has the opportunity to connect with other colleagues doing research in literary and cultural age/ing studies, while also gaining insight into CIRAC‘s interdisciplinary scholarship.
