This year’s conference of the German speaking Society of Media Studies focused on the topic “dependencies.” Stefan Schweigler’s talk was part of the panel “Intersectional and Media Dependencies: Power Relations and Solidarities,” which he conceptualized together with Louise Haitz, Leonie Kapfer and Olivia Poppe from the University of Vienna. In his talk, Schweigler presented key concepts of his research on media theory and queer aging and care.
