PHILOSOPHICUM on Friday, April 16 from 6:00 p.m. - we will be discussing the unreasonable demands of the corona pandemic, which can be accessed online at khg-graz.at,
The pandemic has led to radical infringements on health care and social life. In the Philosophicum we reflect on the question of the power of interpretation in times of crisis from an ethical perspective. The one-sided virological view of health is being put to the test as well as the justifiability of restrictions on fundamental freedoms or the influx and lack of solidarity in dealing with societal challenges. Food for thought for a responsible life with the virus, steers biopolitical reflection on the unreasonable demands of the future.
Participants of the discussion with the moderation of Hans-Walter Ruckenbauer:
Marie-Christin Hinteregger, psychologist
Wolfgang Kröll, intensive care physician
Klaus Wegleitner, sociologist
