Patrick Schuchter

“Finitude, Care, and the Commons: Toward a Philosophical Literacy of Care—Hospice Lessons for Health Humanities”

Patrick Schuchter is a philosopher, nurse, and researcher in health sciences and a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Applied Nursing Research at the University of Applied Sciences Campus Vienna (Hochschule Campus Wien). In his research, he explores fundamental social and philosophical questions, as well as practice-based and participatory research and education in connection with nursing and care in modern society, and in the context of palliative care, hospice culture, and caring communities.
