Kristina Kreimer Awarded Two Awards for Her MA Thesis

Kristina Kreimer is the recipient of two prestigious awards for her sociology master’s thesis

Kristina Kreimer has won the prize for the best thesis of the academic year 2023/24 of the Department of Sociology (supervisor: Frithjof Nungesser). On November 7, 2024, she publicly presented her MA thesis titled Idling at Full Throttle: Challenges and Coping Mechanisms of Austrian Postdoc Scientists under the Aspect of Human Vulnerability (original title in German: Mit Vollgas im Leerlauf. Herausforderungen und Bewältigungsformen österreichischer Postdoc-Wissenschaftler*innen unter dem Aspekt menschlicher Vulnerabilität) at the Fakultätstag der Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät, an annual event organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics of the University of Graz. Afterwards, the official awards ceremony took place. In addition,  Kristina Kreimer another prize: the Förderpreis der Arbeiterkammer Steiermark awarded by the Styrian Chamber of Labor.
