End-of-Life Care, Frailty, Vulnerability

The in-depth investigation of fundamental anthropological and existential questions regarding the end of life, frailty, and vulnerability represents the anchor point for social learning processes and changes towards age-appropriate and solidary societies. In order to do justice to these questions, our research at CIRAC ranges from classic basic research in the field of critical aging studies (FWF, EU, VW) to more participatory and development-focused research (FFG, FGÖ).
